ONE°15 Marina on Sentosa Island is an exclusive members-only club where the well-heeled dock their yachts and set sail on weekends to the open sea. The client recognised our experience with luxury brands and engaged us to completely revamp their website with a comprehensive content management system running behind. The website had to not only showcase the marina’s fleet and services, but also its dining options and a myriad of club activities and events.

Fortis Healthcare

Fortis Healthcare is one of the largest healthcare groups in Asia, with over 76 hospitals in 11 countries. In Singapore, Fortis Colorectal Hospital is the first and only hospital dedicated to colorectal diseases in Southeast Asia.

We were appointed to conceptualise and create an advertising campaign during Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month in March 2013. Newspaper ads were taken in all major papers, including The Straits Times, TODAY and Lianhe Zaobao. We also redesigned the hospital’s brochures and marketing materials, and created direct mailers and take-ones to increase their presence and visibility.

Hitachi Asia

Manic was tasked to revamp web pages and assets for Hitachi, a Fortune 500 company with more than 100 years of history. The project included 6 country websites in Southeast Asia and required us to work within strict corporate branding guidelines from Japan. The redesigned pages are not only more sleek and user-friendly, they also provide users with a more coherent and intuitive surfing experience.

National Healthcare Group

The National Healthcare Group appointed Manic for a store revitalisation and design project for their chain of pharmacies across the island. We worked with a retail category management specialist and came up with a complete redesign of the stores’ layout and design, including new signage, retail displays and materials. We also enhanced the customer experience by introducing touch screens, posters and educational post cards. The end result was a pharmacy that not only looked clean and comtemporary, but also provided customers with a more informed and pleasant shopping experience.

Manor Studio

Identity work for a new company that provides architectural and spatial design for both commercial and residential clients. Sister company Manor Properties specialises in property development and investment.

To accommodate their dual identity requirements, we devised a restrained set of wordmarks that are subtly accented by the mathematical symbol for exponentiation. The adoption of a grid device in the stationery, with which one can come up with variations of geometric shapes, completes Manor’s identity system.
